Visit To Mother Teresa’s Home By MBRS Junior Red Cross (JRC) Students
We are delighted to inform you that a group of our compassionate students from the Junior Red Cross (JRC) had the privilege of visiting ‘Mother Teresa’s Home’ on 30th September 2023, a place known for its dedicated service to destitute, old-aged, and physically disabled individuals. This visit was a part of our ongoing efforts to instill empathy and kindness in our students.
During their visit, our students had the opportunity to interact with the residents of “Mother Teresa’s Old age Home”. They listened to their stories with great compassion, sharing heartfelt moments that touched their souls. Our students also distributed snacks to the residents, bringing smiles to their faces and warmth to their hearts.
The experience was truly enriching for our young volunteers, as they learned the importance of giving back to society and extending a helping hand to those in need. We believe that such experiences not only nurture their sense of empathy but also inspire them to become responsible and compassionate individuals.
We would like to extend our gratitude to the Junior Red Cross members who participated in this visit and represented Miles Bronson Residential School with such grace and kindness. We hope that this experience will encourage more students to engage in similar charitable activities in the future.
Let us continue to uphold the values of compassion and service that define our school community.
