Bronsonians Attend Roundsquare Conference in Bengaluru inspired by RoundSquare Ideals 2024
From 4th to 8th October, we embarked on an exciting and enriching journey to the Inter-School Adventurous Academic Conference Program hosted by Sarla Birla Academy, Bengaluru. The event saw participation from six schools across the nation, making it a vibrant platform for collaboration and learning.
The conference was designed around the RoundSquare IDEALS: Internationalism, Democracy, Environmentalism, Adventure, Leadership, and Service. Representing our school, Jiwang Tayang of Class X proudly carried our school flag during the opening ceremony, setting the tone for what was to be an inspiring and action-packed program.
Throughout the conference, we engaged in various adventurous activities, including archery, trekking, and hiking, which helped us foster resilience and teamwork. In addition, the Baraza sessions were thought-provoking, with discussions on diverse topics such as the preservation of the Amazon Rainforest and the thrill of bungee jumping, encouraging us to think critically and share our perspectives.
We also embraced the cultural diversity of India through a memorable experience of Garba, a vibrant folk dance form from Gujarat, where we danced with joy and enthusiasm. Our school’s talented student, Chakpu Angel of Grade XI Humanities, took the stage during the cultural program at the closing ceremony, captivating the audience with her melodious voice and heartfelt performance.
